She has garnered rich experience in advising clients and assisting in transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, project finance, etc.
She extensively assists in cross-border and domestic transactions providing end-to-end services including deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating terms sheets and definitive documents. She also deals in matters relating to insolvency and bankruptcy laws and employment laws.
