The Firm was established in 1994, a time when, in India, the practice of corporate law as we know today was still nascent and the conventional practice of law was largely confined to the corridors of Indian courts. Impelled by the potency of India’s watershed moment of economic reforms and the opportunities unleashed, I established the Firm with a vision to bridge the gap between the availability of efficient and quality-driven legal services and the demands of emerging India’s international clientele.
Today, we are proud that Kochhar & Co. is the first port of call for more than 65 of the Global Fortune 500 Corporations and behemoths of the Indian industry.
