Joban Singh is a Partner and heads the Firm’s Chandigarh office. He has more than a decade of multi-faceted professional experience encompassing civil and criminal litigation.
Joban regularly advises leading corporations on matters pertaining to white collar crimes, offences of money laundering, cheating, fraud, and embezzlements of funds. He also has been actively involved in handling high-stake real estate disputes, litigation pertaining to construction projects, matters involving large contractual claims and proceedings instituted by various regulatory authorities. Joban has also been involved in complex and high value arbitrations, litigation and appearances before various tribunals and courts in this regard.
Prior to joining the Firm, Joban practiced as an independent advocate, conducting trials for heinous and complex criminal matters covered under Indian Penal Codes and special legislations like NDPS Act, POCSO Act, land acquisition Act, Govt. Service Laws & Family Laws. He has also extensively represented some of the leading State Public Sector Undertakings, public and private sector banks, on disputes involving contracts, employment disputes and Service Laws.
