Syed Shujath Mehdi is a Principal Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at the Firm’s Bengaluru office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from VIT, Bengaluru, and an LL.B. from Law Centre-II, University of Delhi. He has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru.
With nearly a decade of dedicated litigation experience, Shujath advises and represents a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, in a wide range of contentious matters. His practice encompasses civil and commercial disputes, criminal litigation, labour and employment law, real estate disputes, intellectual property rights, white-collar crimes and arbitration. He has extensive experience representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, trial courts, tribunals, consumer forums and family courts.
