Sonali is part of the Firm’s PAN India real estate & construction and projects & infrastructure practice groups. She has experience in handling all kinds of real estate transactions including extremely large and complex commercial and retail leases and sales, construction contract, design and build transactions, various forms of construction contracts, construction development projects, joint development ventures, co-working spaces agreements, build to suit leases, lease terminations, etc.
