Sagar is part of the Firm’s PAN-India real estate & construction and projects & infrastructure practice groups. He has experience in handling all kinds of real estate transactions including extremely large and complex commercial leases and sales, construction, joint development ventures, build to suit leases, lease terminations, etc. His work includes comprehensive title verification of immovable property, negotiations and preparation of documentations, advice on regulatory issues, risk analysis in relation to non-compliance, real estate related litigation, consumer litigation, service level agreements for facilities management, professional services agreement etc. He has also experience in handling complex liaisoning with several statutory agencies and supports litigation department within the firm. He has experience is representing and advising some of the largest multi-national corporations including Fortune 500 companies and high-end individuals.
