Kochhar & Co is headquartered in New Delhi and it is the first city where the Firm established its presence and commenced operations in the year 1993. The New Delhi office is also the largest of the six offices in India.

Toronto, the business and financial capital of Canada and home to North America’s fastest growing technology market is the most recent city where the firm has established an office. Kochhar & Co. Associates Inc. provides local support to Canadian companies with business interests in India.  The office is particularly active in providing advice on the laws of India with respect to technology, banking and intellectual property law issues.  The Toronto office also serves as a catalyst for our rapidly growing oil and gas practice.  The new office is our second North American presence, continuing to foster the firm’s mission to offer extensive guidance and legal expertise to global organizations doing business in India.
