Shivani is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team of the Mumbai office.
She handles real estate transactions and documentation and also conducts title due diligence for properties in acquisition and lending transactions, on a pan-India basis. On a routine basis, she is involved in drafting and negotiating sale, lease, leave and licenses and development agreements for residential and commercial properties and works developers and lending institutions.
Shivani has also practiced litigation and dealt with commercial disputes before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, NCLT and arbitrations before retired Judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Shivani is also experienced in general corporate drafting and issuing opinions on various aspects of real estate, civil, commercial and insolvency laws and estate planning.
