Muneeb Rashid Malik is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at the Gurugram office. His practice focuses on a wide range of matters including Constitutional, Criminal, Civil, Arbitration, Consumer, and Insolvency laws.
He regularly appears before various courts and tribunals and has considerable experience in handling complex disputes. Muneeb is also active in legal academia, delivering lectures at leading law schools and adjudicating national and international moot court and academic competitions.
With over 170 publications to his credit, he consistently writes on contemporary legal issues. He has also participated in several national and international legal conferences and seminars.
