Kerry Group of Companies acquired Oman based AATCO Food Industries (“AATCO”), maker of a range of culinary sauces for customers in the foodservice sector. The acquisition was aimed at enlarging Kerry’s presence in the Middle East and Africa (MENA).

The Firm advised Kerry Group on all aspects of the India leg of the transaction, which included due diligence on AATCO’s Indian subsidiary, review and finalization of transaction documents (Share Purchaser Agreement, Agreement for Assignment of External Commercial Borrowings), and advice on legal and regulatory compliances in relation to the transaction.
