Kochhar & Co. advised Samit Enterprises Private Limited in connection with its participation in a follow-on investment in SensOre_X Pty Ltd, an Australian company engaged in mineral exploration technology and services, including lithium exploration.

The investment was structured through a contractual arrangement involving Alpha Future Funds S.C.S., a Luxembourg-based investment fund, and the exercise of a subscription option for additional shares in SensOre_X Pty Ltd.

Kochhar & Co. acted as legal counsel to the investor, advising on the investment structure and related legal matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating the relevant documentation, and supporting the investor throughout the process.

The engagement underscores Kochhar & Co.’s strength in navigating complex cross-border investment structures in high-growth sectors, including mineral exploration technology.
