Kochhar & Co. represented Get My Parking (“GMP”), a Bengaluru based Mobility start-up, in a $6 million fundraise led by IvyCap Ventures (a Mumbai based Venture Capital Firm). IAN Fund, an existing investor, also participated in the funding round.

Kochhar & Co, supported by lead Partner Sarika Raichur and Senior Associate, Sidhartha Jatar, assisted GMP extensively with the review and negotiation of all transactional documents including with existing stakeholders.

Co-founded by Chirag Jain (IIT Madras alumnus) and Rasik Pansare (DU alumnus) in 2015, Get My Parking is an IoT enabled end-to-end digital platform focused on helping parking operators and facility managers for digitizing parking spaces. The venture has so far digitized more than 3000 parking lots across Europe, US, and India.

GMP is expanding with the objective of establishing a presence in the US where it is already working in partnership with some of the largest parking operators. The present funding is expected to support the venture’s efforts in this direction.
