New Delhi and Mumbai, April 8, 2022: Mr. Mohit Kundu along with his team, has recently joined the Mumbai office of Kochhar & Co. (“Firm”) as a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate & Construction Practice. Mohit joins the Firm with rich experience in real property ownership, title due diligence, acquisition, sale, conveyance, joint ventures, construction and development, project finance, mortgage, lease, license, tenancy, trusts, gifts, wills, estate management, etc.

Mr. Rohit Kochhar, Founding Member and Managing Partner of the Firm extended a warm welcome and said:
