APL Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), has acquired 24 per cent shareholding in its subsidiary India Infrastructure & Logistics Private Limited (IILPL) from HIPE Transportation Infrastructure Ventures Private Limited for US$10 million. IILPL is an India based company that operates freight rail train services in India. With this acquisition, IILPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of APL Logistics.
