Kochhar & Co. advised “TrackAbox” in an angel investment round from NG Consortium and other Angel Investors. The transaction was handled by Mr Sidhartha Jatar. 

Our role involved advising the client on the transaction structure, negotiations, and settling all transaction documents including the Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement and other agreements as well as providing related legal advice until the closing of the transaction.
