The Firm advised Vellvette Lifestyle with respect to a USD 10 million investment by A91 Partners into Sugar Cosmetics, a brand owned by Vellvette Lifestyle.
The Firm advised on the transaction structure, applicable capital issuance regulations and assisted in the review and negotiation of the transaction documents in respect of an investment in Sugar Cosmetics.
Sugar Cosmetics currently operates various online and offline cosmetic stores. The investment is expected to enable Sugar Cosmetics in expanding its offline presence through multi-brand retail and exclusive retail formats.
This is also the first investment made by A91 partners since its launch.
