Kochhar & Co. advised Natspo Industries Private Limited and its Promoters (Investors) in connection with its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Parklife Innovations Limited, a company incorporated in England and engaged in the retail sale of sports goods, fishing gear, camping goods, boats and bicycles.

The transaction involved a secondary acquisition of shares from the existing shareholders of Parklife Innovations Limited, cumulating to 20% of its aggregate shareholding.

Kochhar & Co. acted as legal counsel to the Investors, advising on all aspects of the transaction, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and legal and regulatory matters arising in connection with the acquisition.
