Paramatrix Technologies Limited, a company listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and engaged in providing enterprise software products and digital IT services globally, is acquiring 100% stake in Metasys Software Private Limited, a Mumbai-based software development and IT services company. The acquisition aligns with Paramatrix’s long-term growth strategy to strengthen its technology portfolio and expand its global delivery capabilities by leveraging Metasys’s existing client base and domain expertise.

Kochhar & Co. advised Paramatrix Technologies Limited on strategic structuring of the transaction to be consummated in multiple tranches, taking into consideration the target company’s customer base, revenue streams, and cash flow profile to facilitate seamless post-acquisition business consolidation. Kochhar & Co. also provided end-to-end legal support on the transaction, including drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, and assisted with completion of all pre-closing and post-closing formalities.
