Kochhar & Co. advised Believe Digital Private Limited, a subsidiary of Believe Digital, one of the world’s leading independent digital music distribution and artist development companies, on its acquisition of the artist and music rights management business of Canvas Talent Private Limited on a slump sale basis.

The Firm provided end-to-end legal support on the transaction, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, advice on tax implications arising from the transaction, and assistance with closing.
