Kochhar & Co. is pleased to announce its role as legal advisor to MiHeSo, a clean-label breakfast and modern nutrition startup, in connection with its fundraise of through ZTV’s Ideabaaz platform.

MiHeSo, founded by Dr. Anveshika, operates in the rapidly evolving health and wellness segment, focusing on convenient, science-backed breakfast solutions tailored to the needs of modern consumers. The company is best known for its no-cook breakfast offerings, including Overnight Oats, developed to address growing demand for nutritious, time-efficient food options.

The fundraise was concluded through MiHeSo’s participation on Ideabaaz, a national entrepreneurship platform that brings together early-stage businesses and investors. The investment round saw participation from marquee operator-investors such as Arjun Vaidya, Jimmy Mistry, and Priyanka Salot, all of whom were quick to resonate with MiHeSo’s science-backed, taste-first approach to everyday nutrition. The transaction was structured as an early-stage equity investment, resulting in the issuance of minority equity stake in MiHeSo.

Kochhar & Co. advised MiHeSo on all legal, regulatory and documentation aspects of the transaction.
