Govindshankar is a senior associate in the Mumbai office of the firm and a corporate lawyer. He is part of the Firm’s Real Estate and General Corporate Practice Group. He has 10 years of work experience in the areas of Real Estate, M&A, General Corporate and Private Equity.
Govindshankar has worked both in-house with a listed NBFC and with a law firm on real estate, general corporate and commercial matters relating to real estate acquisitions, due diligence, investments, credit and lending, amongst others.
