As part of the Firm’s Corporate Compliance and Advisory team, Tarana focuses on corporate governance work in which she manages the corporate housekeeping for some of the largest multinational corporations.
She also advises on general corporate, employment and banking matters.
Tarana has been advising clients on workplace discrimination matters and acts as an external member of Internal Committees on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
