Shreya is a litigator with substantial experience in the areas of Indirect Taxation, International Trade Laws, Foreign Trade Policy and FEMA. She represents many domestic corporations and public sector undertakings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange, Directorate General of Trade Remedies, and various departmental authorities.
She also advises clients on wide ranging issues including classification, export promotion schemes, SEZ, transitional credits under GST, etc.
