Shivika is a seasoned lawyer with about about 7.5 years of experience. As part of the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice vertical Shivika assists clients on a day to day basis on drafting, reviewing and negotiating range of commercial contracts for a number of domestic and multinational companies. She also provides transactional support in conducting due diligences, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation pertaining to acquisitions and corporate.
As part of the Real Estate domain, Shivika on a day to day basis advises clients on transactions that are multidimensional in nature, ranging from acquisition of land (public/private), to leasing of large commercial spaces, restructuring of leasehold rights amongst group companies, to actively advising on large scale FIDIC design and construction contracts.
The nature of clients Shivika actively advises ranges from leading fortune 500 companies, listed entities (both public and private)and start ups with the matter value ranging from INR 50 Crore to INR 1000 Crore.
