Seetharam is part of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Real Estate practice groups.
He has active experience in representing clients in litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. He has assisted clients on all kinds of suits pertaining to money recovery, declaration, injunctions and possession, specific performance, motor vehicle accident claims, probate and succession certificate etc. in trial courts. He has also appeared on behalf of the clients and filed writ petitions and other appeals including criminal appeals and criminal petitions in the High Court of Karnataka. His also handles matrimonial matters and complaints/appeals pertaining to consumer forum.
