Neha is a senior associate in the Gurgaon office of the firm and a member of the Firm’s intellectual property rights (IPR) practice group, and her focus area is Patents and Industrial Designs.
Neha has experience in conducting Patent searches (that includes Prior art Search, Patentability search, Invalidation/validity search, Freedom to operate searches and state of the art searches), drafting of Indian Patent Applications.
Her work also involves handling prosecution matters including responding to office actions and Hearing Notices issued by Indian patent office for patents and by Indian Design Office for industrial designs. She can handle pre-grant/post-grant patent opposition and patent revocation actions ,and preparing infringement opinions.
