Mahima Wahi is a Principal Associate in the Delhi office of the firm and focuses on matters pertaining to Corporate Compliance and Advisory, Product Liability, Employment Law, Corporate M&A, Competition/Anti-trust and TMT. She has been actively involved in advising both domestic as well as foreign multi-national clients regularly on aspects of registration of products with BIS, drafting and review of Share Purchase Agreements, review of employment contracts, conducting due diligence as well as representing clients both before Competition Commission of India as well as National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
