Amar was enrolled to the bar in 2016 and has about 7 years of experience in advising clients on venture capital and private equity (VC–PE) transactions, having assisted both companies and investor. His VC–PE work spans deals across all stages, from seed stage through as late as Series G transactions. As part of the Firm’s Corporate practice group, Amar assists clients on a day-to-day basis with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for both domestic and multinational companies. He also provides transactional support in conducting due diligences, drafting, and negotiating transactional documentation pertaining to acquisitions and corporate matters.
