Giridhar is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice in the Firm’s Hyderabad office. He has been advising the Firm’s domestic as well as international clients across sectors on multifarious disputes.
In his 18 years of professional career, he has handled a wide range of litigation and disputes under ADR laws including civil and criminal matters, commercial contractual matters, consumer matters, disputes under employment laws, disputes under SARFAESI laws.
Giridhar regularly appears before High Court of Telangana, District Courts in and around Hyderabad, State and District Consumer Commissions, Debts Recovery Tribunal and National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench. He also represents clients in various arbitration matters.
He has briefed several senior counsels in Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad on a wide range of litigation matters and assisted them in representing clients before the State High courts.
