Ashish is a Partner with over 15 years of experience, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice to both multinational and domestic clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
He leads the Firm’s agrochemicals & insecticides practice, offering expertise in seeds and insecticide laws, pharmaceuticals and healthcare regulations, competition law, medical negligence and consumer protection, as well as sports and gaming laws. He focuses on strategizing and handling complex litigations before various forums, including the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.
Ashish has advised several agrochemical companies in India and also actively advises prominent agrochemical associations across India in advocacy efforts for some of the agrochemical associations in India, representing them before various forums.
His experience includes drafting original suits and petitions, interlocutory applications, criminal complaints, notices and replies to notices. He briefs senior counsels and has appeared before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and lower courts, as well as specialized tribunals such as the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Tribunal at Delhi, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Additionally, Ashish has experience in managing both domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
