He is an advocate with more than 15 years of strategic advisory experience in the field of Government Relations & Public Policy work.
Amit has advised and represented some of the leading multinational companies (including Fortune Global 500 corporations), on matters involving critical legal and regulatory issues. In certain regulatory matters (involving criminal investigation and/or prosecution), Amit has also represented several HNIs clients before the top investigation agencies in India.
Amit has advised several clients on their business investments and expansion in India. In respect of such clients, Amit’s role includes advising on the applicable laws, regulatory framework & approvals, liaision with the various government departments, compliances and/or documentation pertaining to projects/investments by clients.
