Akhilesh has experience in title due diligence, commercial leasing, leave and licence arrangements, redevelopment projects, conveyancing, and land acquisition, acting for banks, NBFCs, developers, and other corporate clients.
Akhilesh has also represented real estate companies in transactions involving secured borrowings, issuance of debentures, and monetisation of immovable properties for debt resolution.
