Kochhar & Co. advised the existing shareholders in a recent funding round for omnichannel luxury watch retailer “Art of Time”.
The funding round, raising approximately INR 175 Crores, was led by Mithun Sacheti (Founder, CaratLane), Siddhartha Sacheti (CEO, Jaipur Gems), Girish Mathrubootham (Founder, Freshworks), and Plutus Wealth Management.
The firm supported and advised the existing shareholders in negotiating and finalizing the definitive transaction documents (including Shareholders Agreement and a Share Purchase Agreement).
The transaction was led by the Kochhar & Co. Mumbai, Corporate and M&A team comprising of Partner Sameena Jahangir and Senior Associates Govindshankar Krishnan and Nischala Maruvada.
