CCH Incorporated has acquired the leading ITES company – XCM Solutions, including its Indian subsidiary, Xpitax Solutions, for USD 160 million.
Working closely with its US counsels – Mintz Levin, the Kochhar team led by Senior Partner Vijay B Ravi advised Xpitax on the Indian leg of the global transaction and assisted in all pre-closing, closing and post-closing formalities.
