Job Description for the position of Patent Associate
Kochhar & Co is looking to hire a Patent Associate who is a registered patent agent with the Indian Patent Office with 4 to 6 year PQE in the Patent filing & prosecution.

- Registered patent agent with Indian Patent Office
Experience Level:
- Must have 4 to 6 year PQE in the Patent filing & prosecution
Requirements and Job Responsibilities:
- To take dictation related to various litigation matters.
- Assist litigation team in preparing Case Files.
- Providing necessary support to Reporting Partner in prioritizing his work.
- To keep track of the progress of the cases / matters.
- To perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- To maintain confidentiality and secrecy.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Good knowledge of Indian Patent Laws.
- Sound technical skillset to understand and analyse a technology and explain it in simple written English.
