Vikram is a Partner in the New Delhi office and is a member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group. He specialises in civil, criminal & corporate commercial litigation with over 20 years of experience.

Vikram’s fora of practice includes Supreme Court of India, the state High courts, arbitration (international and domestic), quasi-judicial tribunals such as National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal. He also regularly advises clients on matters before the Investigation agencies relating to corporate criminal investigations and quasi criminal prosecutions (white collar crimes).

• Represented one of the leading foreign news agencies before the courts in Gujarat and successfully defended defamation lawsuits filed by an Indian Telecom company seeking damages to the tune of INR 1000 crores.
• Representing and defending a leading foreign news agency before the courts in Gujarat in a defamation lawsuit filed by an Indian infrastructure company seeking damages to the tune of INR 1300 crores.
• Represented a leading electricity distribution company and played a key role in initiating criminal investigation against some of its erring employees before the police authorities.
