Sabrina assists clients on all Employment law related matters including drafting of documentation, advisory on compliance with statutory laws, employment disputes, immigration laws and expatriate compensation etc.
She is also a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group and has experience on corporate transactions involving commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, corporate compliance and advisory.
Additionally, Sabrina has acted for clients on a wide range of real estate transactions involving industrial and commercial properties across India. Further, she has also assisted clients with estate planning, wills and property related disputes.
