Rajat Gava is a member of the Firm’s Dispute resolution practice group. He has been actively involved in arbitration proceedings for multinational and Indian clients. As a part of the team, he has been involved in domestic commercial arbitrations for Indian Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) with claims in excess of INR 2500 crores and international arbitration pertaining to post M&A shareholder disputes under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Rajat has more than 7 years of multi-jurisdictional and diverse work experience in handling civil disputes, commercial disputes, criminal proceedings, insolvency proceedings and consumer complaints before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and various Statutory Tribunals.
His role extends to advising corporates on the litigation exposure and assisting them in negotiations during mergers and acquisitions.
