Keanan is a key member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution team at its Mumbai office.

Keanan regularly advises on various commercial disputes, litigations, arbitrations, white collar crime and insolvency related proceedings. His practice includes advising clients from a litigation, advisory and strategic standpoint so as to execute and agitate the same before the Courts and Tribunals.

He has extensive experience in structuring legal opinions that outline the applicable statues and actionable points for a client. Keanan is hands on while setting out the strategic framework and the legal options available to a client which include risk mitigation, drafting of pleadings and advancing the same before the appropriate forums. Keanan has also been a part of several legal proceedings that have gone onto become binding precedents for other Courts.
