Govindshankar is a Senior Associate in the Mumbai office of the firm and a corporate lawyer. He is part of the Firm’s General Corporate practice group. He has over 8 years of work experience in the areas of M&A, General Corporate, Private Equity and Real Estate.
Govindshankar has worked both in-house with a listed NBFC and with a law firm on general corporate, commercial and real estate matters relating to investments, credit and lending, and real estate laws, amongst others.
