Devashish has experience in advising clients from diverse sectors on all aspects of foreign investments – both inbound and outbound, and in local transactions in the field of M&A and private equity investments.
As a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group, he has worked on a wide variety of corporate transactions which includes providing services on legal feasibility of proposed investment structures/ vehicles, legal due-diligence, corporate structuring/re-structuring, drafting/vetting of transaction documents, negotiations, advisory and assistance in obtaining regulatory approvals, corporate compliances, closing and regulatory filings.
