His experience in IP litigation includes cases in the areas of trademarks, trade name, trade dress, unfair competition and copyrights.
In addition, Anshuman counsel clients on domain name disputes. He has significant experience handling domain name proceedings under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and other similar proceedings before a host of different arbitration forums such as National Internet Exchange of India.
