Ankur Khandelwal is a Dispute Resolution Partner in the New Delhi/Gurgaon office. Highly experienced in various commercial dispute resolutions (litigations and arbitrations), Ankur has also been deeply involved in the white-collar crimes/criminal defense practice. Ankur has experience of advising clients from diverse sectors such as pharmaceutical and healthcare, hospitality, e-commerce, banking and finance, construction & infrastructure, etc.

He advises multinational and domestic clients on a variety of complex litigation issues and is also engaged by clients for formulating and advising comprehensive litigation strategies. He regularly argues matters before the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and other tribunals and fora.

Due to his rich dispute resolution experience, Ankur is also engaged for advising on various transactions at different stages, including deal negotiations and policy consultations. During the last few years, Ankur has been extensively advising clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, representing the clients in various litigations, and also advising them on myriad regulatory, advisory and policy issues.

His previous stint includes having worked with one of the leading pan-Indian firms for 7 years.

Ankur has authored many articles in various business dailies, journals and portals and is regularly invited for panel discussions on national television.

Ankur is also the founder of The Indian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Post, a knowledge platform, focused on research and analysis of the developments in the field of insolvency and bankruptcy laws of India.
