Siva is a Senior Partner in the Firm and heads the Firm's litigation practice in South India. He has rich experience in litigation including, civil, criminal, corporate, arbitration, writ, intellectual property law and private international law.
Siva has represented several global corporations including Fortune 500 companies before the Madras High Court, Bangalore High Court, High Court of Kerala and the High Court of Hyderabad. Siva specializes in litigation strategy and believes that litigation is a mind game won by sheer strategy and planning.
He regularly advises multinationals on alternate dispute resolution mechanisms. He is a trained mediator and is a member of the panel of trained mediators of the Madras High Court. He also advises clients as an in-house Legal Counsel advising on operational, service and labour law issues. He has also been actively involved in Public Interest Litigations involving social and civic causes.
He was featured as one of the “Top 25 Professionals to watch out for in the next millenium” in the year 1998 by the Magazine "GENTLEMAN" which referred to him as the Letter of Law.
